Natasha is a graduate student of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition to specializing in verbal psychotherapy, Natasha also integrates body-centered and expressive arts within her holistic approach that focuses on mind, body, and spirit integration through her training in Dance/Movement therapy. Natasha strongly believes in empowering the body and that everyone deserves to find peace and safety within themselves. Her mindful approach provides an outlet to examine and explore bodily lived experiences that caters to the whole person.
Natasha’s movement-based specialty incorporates influences of creative art modalities such as music and art to support self-awareness, expression, processing, acceptance and more. She aims to be a guide in the healing journey of others on their path to embrace their authentic self.
Natasha is compassionate, creative, warm, and enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds in an environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and open to discovery. Specialty interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief, ADHD, and self-empowerment. Natasha’s training supports individual needs to increase self-awareness, improve self-esteem, reduce anxiety, and empower the self and the body.
When she is not working or studying, Natasha enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and fur baby, CiCi, going to concerts and festivals, photography, and dancing. She loves all genres of music and is always open to new music finds and suggestions.
